MEET OUR EXECUTIVE CHEF
Executive Chef Lance Ramhurst brings extensive experience in the food production and hospitality industry, leading culinary operations across MOHI Farm and all of our restaurants, weddings, and events. With expertise in menu development, catering, and restaurant management, Chef Lance takes a thoughtful, hands-on approach to creating memorable dining experiences at every scale. Trained in Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College, his passion for hospitality and operational excellence is reflected in every dish and event he oversees.
FARM TO TABLE PHILOSOPHY
Our food is guided by a sustainable, farm-driven philosophy, rooted in what is naturally flourishing at our Uvas farm each season. We grow and harvest seasonal produce on-site, allowing our menus to evolve organically throughout the year.
